Clickable Demos
Clevr is pleased to release the All-New Home (aka The Dashboard), which many of our customers helped shape with their opinions and feedback, making it truly awesome!
The most significant change is the shift from Independently Managed Cards to a Unified Workspace. Now, when a user selects a form from the side menu, the entire screen automatically updates to reflect only that form. This unified view ensures that all on-screen data is consistently telling the same story, completely removing any data confusion.
KEY FEATURES:
1. Hyper-Relevant Workspaces: Configuration is form-specific so that users only see the fields and cards that are completely necessary for the work related to that form.
2. Global Views: Aggregate records across all your forms using the built-in Global Views, such as "All Records About Me" which shows every record where you are the subject and "Records Assigned to Me," which displays records where you are currently the designated assignee in a workflow.
3. Class & Group Insights: View the big picture without losing the details. Aggregate records by location or class into a dynamic table. Fully customize your columns, filters, and sorting to track multiple forms per person in a single, high-speed view.
See clickable demo.
4. Pin Your Favourites: ⭐ Click the star next to any form to pin it to your "Starred" section at the top of the main menu for faster access.
5. Custom District Branding: Provide a highly personalized, branded greeting for users the moment they log in. Add your district name or logo to appear in the top left corner of the user's Home Screen.

Your Home, Your Timelines
We know that change is a big deal for busy school districts. That’s why we are putting the power of choice entirely in your hands. There is no forced migration and no expiration date planned for the Legacy Dashboard. Your district decides when you want to make the switch.
Enable Legacy Access: We highly recommend enabling the "Legacy Access" feature. This allows users to toggle back to the previous dashboard view at any time, ensuring they can reference old widget placements or complete tasks in a familiar environment while they get settled.
The "Migration Groups" Strategy
We recommend a phased approach rather than a district-wide "big bang" launch. Breaking your transition into Migration Groups allows you to build internal expertise and reduce support requests.
For complex role configurations or migration questions, our Team is standing by. Contact:
