Clevr Project Lifecycle

Clevr Project Lifecycle

Step 1: Project Intake

All projects start with the Clevr Intake Form. Our team reviews requests weekly to set priorities and assign timelines. Once approved, your project is officially scheduled and marked Open.

Step 2: Discovery & Planning

Your assigned Clevr team member meets with you to confirm deliverables, priorities, timelines, and responsibilities. We also:
  • Review scope and dependencies

  • Align on training and launch plans

  • Communicate the change management process

  • After the meeting, you’ll receive a project plan and timeline for review. The next step will be the Requirements Meeting to finalize details.

Step 3: Requirements Confirmation

We meet with your team to confirm and document all project requirements. Key stakeholders must attend (or review/sign off on recordings). Once requirements are finalized, you’ll receive a documented summary with updated timelines and hours for your approval. This ensures alignment before development begins.

Step 4: Development

We build your deliverables based on the confirmed requirements. You’ll have 2–4 feedback rounds (depending on project size), gathered at set checkpoints. If new requests arise outside the agreed requirements, we’ll share a Change Request Form outlining impacts on scope, budget, or timelines for your approval before proceeding.

Step 5: Implementation

Your deliverables are moved into the live environment, including setting up access, notifications, and launch configurations. We review your support plan together so you know exactly how to get help and what to expect after launch.

Step 6: Project Wrap-Up

Once the project is live, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Any additional requests will be managed through our Change Request process. You’ll also receive a short feedback form to share your thoughts on quality, timeliness, communication, training/support, and overall experience, helping us continue improving our services.
