Dashboard - Overview and Basic Navigation

The Clevr Dashboard is the main page users see when they log into Clevr. Districts have the ability to customize the dashboard by selecting which cards are displayed upon login. Each dashboard card serves a specific function, providing users with distinct features or information. This article provides a brief overview of the dashboard and includes links to detailed articles about each card’s functionality.

Your system administrator determines which cards are available in your implementation. Not all implementations will include every card listed in this article. If you would like to request a new card for your dashboard, please contact your Clevr District Lead

Confirm / Select Your Location or School

Each user is assigned a default location (school) which serves as the default location your Dashboard lands on when you log into Clevr.

The active location is displayed at the top right corner of your Dashboard. If you have access to multiple locations, you can select a different location, or choose "All Locations" to display data from all locations you have access to within the dashboard cards.

If you are unable to see your current location or school in the top right corner, please contact your Clevr District Lead to ensure your Clevr user account is set up correctly

Dashboard Cards in Detail!

Each dashboard card serves a specific function, providing users with distinct features or information. Your dashboard will contain one or more of the cards detailed in this article.

Listings Card

The Listings Card is a common feature within the Clevr dashboard. It enables users to quickly navigate to forms, as well as staff, student, or school-based records that they may need to view or update. For more information and a video on how this card functions, please refer to our Dashboard: Listings article.

Metrics Card

The Metrics Card displays key data about records within a form, such as the number of completed or uncompleted records. The available metrics are customizable and defined by the specific form.  For more information and a video on how this card functions, please refer to our Dashboard: Metrics article.

Saved Searches Card

Search criteria specified in the Listings Card can be saved as a Saved Search, allowing users to view the results with a single click. The Saved Searches Card displays all saved searches available to the user. For more information and a video on how this card works, please refer to our Dashboard: Saved Searches article.

 My Forms Card

The My Forms Card displays links to forms that users need to complete or reference in order to record data or view information about themselves—when they are the subject of the form. This card is particularly useful for tasks such as staff performance appraisals, classroom observations, or volunteer forms. For more details and a video on how this card functions, please refer to our Dashboard: My Forms article.

Quick Profile Search Card

The Quick Profile Search is a great way to quickly check if a staff member or student has a form with data in Clevr. The Quick Profile Search card allows you to search across all individuals within a role (e.g., all students). It will return search results even if the person does not have a form started.   For more details and a video on how this card functions, please refer to our Dashboard  Quick Profile Search article.

Customize Your Dashboard View

Some users have the option to select a different view for their dashboard. This alternate view may display different cards. To change your dashboard view, select a different option from the dropdown located on the left side of the screen, just below the main menu.

Select user roles have the ability to change their dashboard view option.  If your dashboard is static, you will see text identifying your dashboard view rather than a dropdown.
