How to Lock or Unlock a Record in Record History

The Edit Record History page right is required to use this feature. 

Locked Record - A record that has a read only status applied to the entirety of the record; no edits are possible while the record is locked.
Active Record - A record that is editable to all users who have full access to the form. 

Accessing the Record History

The Record History can be accessed while you have a record open by selecting Records > Record History within the menu.


Locking or Unlocking a Record

Within the Record History, locate the icon of the notepad beside the record you would like to lock or unlock. Click on this icon to open a pop up window.


Within the popup, select the Record Status you wish to apply. Click save once you have made your selection.
