Workflow: How to Create or Edit a Workflow
Workflows are configured in the form management card and the editor. You can set multiple Workflows per form if desired. To give a role access to workflows go to the Configuration menu, click on clevr Configuration, go to Roles, find the role that should be able to manage Workflow Visualizations, and add the Form Management - Workflows right to the role.
Now the role is ready to add some Workflow Visualizations to the form. Find Form Management on the Configuration menu, click on the form you would like to add a Workflow to, and scroll down to Workflows. Click ADD in the upper right corner
On the General tab, give the Workflow a name. Each Workflow on a form needs a unique name (when having multiple workflows). Also on the General tab is where you can make the Workflow active or inactive, and you can have defined assignees and due dates. If you want to make use of the Assignment Rules Tab, discussed next, make sure that you have the Assignees ticked as shown below.
