Workflow: How to View Workflows on Listings Card
When you turn on Display this Process in Listings on the Advanced Tab, you can easily see the Workflow in listings.
Visit the listings card for the form that has the workflow set up. Find Configure in the top right ellipsis.
Turn on the Workflows you would like to see for that form displayed in listings. If you have set up multiple Workflows you will see them all to choose from (get screen shot here)
You now see the Workflow in listings. As can be seen it also displays the icons you have chosen. (get screen shot here).
Workflows are also available in searchables and respect the rights in place for who can search on listings for the record. Search by both role and person at the same time if you want to see workflows assigned to you as an individual or workflows assigned to your role.
