Switching and Managing Your Views

Switching and Managing Your Views

The dashboard allows you to move between different types of Active Workspaces to suit your current task. You can control these experiences using the buttons located in the top-right corner of the record area.

Using Switch View

The Switch View dropdown allows you to change how the record list is filtered—for example, switching from seeing everyone you have access to ("Listings") to seeing only records about you.
  1. Visibility: You will only see this button if your administrator has configured multiple view options for you. If you have a single view configured, this button will remain hidden.
  2. Dynamic Content: When you switch views, the tools in your toolbar and the records in your list will update to reflect the new selection.

Expanding Your Workspace

If you need more screen real estate to view your records, use the Collapse Cards button.
  1. Collapse Cards: Click this to hide the right-side Sidebar Cards (Messages and Metrics).
  2. Expand Cards: Once collapsed, click the button again to bring the sidebar back into view, allowing you to check for new messages or updated metrics
