How to Access SIS Integration
The SIS Integration module is the central hub for connecting your application with your Student Information System (SIS). This module allows you to configure synchronization settings, manage data connections (like Active directory and Microsoft Entra ID), define data sources, and monitor activity logs.
Navigation Steps
- Log in to the application with an administrative account.
- In the main navigation bar at the top of the page, click the Configuration menu.
- Click on SIS Integration in the configuration menu.
You will land on the Dashboard by default.
Required Permissions
Access to the SIS Integration module and its sub-pages is controlled by specific user permissions. To see the SIS Integration option in the menu, your user role must have, at minimum, the Integration - Module permission.
The visibility of each section within the module is controlled by additional, specific rights:
Menu Section | Required Permission |
Dashboard | Integration - Module |
Logs | Integration - View Logs |
Settings | Integration - Settings |
Connections | Integration - Connections |
Data Sources | Integration - Data Sources |
Important: Staff-Only Access
Please note that access to the Settings, Connections, and Data Sources pages is currently restricted to Clevr staff only, even if your role has the permissions listed above.
If you are unable to see the "SIS Integration" page or a specific section you believe you should have access to (like "Dashboard" or "Logs"), please contact your system administrator to have the correct permissions assigned to your role.
