If you need staff, student, and location information updated before the school start date (as defined in your Student Information System), please reach out to our team for assistance with running the integration without class data.

Teachers should expect to see either last year’s student lists or no students at all until the first day of class (as defined in your Student Information System). Once the class start date arrives, student class data will automatically update in Clevr through the nightly integration.

If the start date has already passed and classes are still missing, please send our team screenshots showing the start date in your SIS so we can investigate further.
