Released on August 24th, 2026.

  1. Advanced Search: The Advanced Search and Email Scheduler features have been retired and removed from the navigation menu.

Authentication

  1. Single Sign-On Configuration: Administrators configuring SAML or ADFS integrations can now access Clevr's Service Provider details directly within the Connection tab, featuring quick-copy endpoints and clearer setting labels to streamline setup.

Home

  1. Home Configuration: Administrators can now reliably access and edit default form configurations within Home Configuration, ensuring all assigned forms display as expected on the Home page.
  2. Checkbox Group Display: Column displays for search groups containing both standard and repeating checkboxes now accurately reflect all selected items within Listings.
  3. Dashboard Navigation: Visual focus and selected states have been added to the "Return to Legacy Dashboard" and "Help" buttons in the left menu to improve keyboard accessibility.
  4. Class & Group Insights: Users can now select and apply role-based preset column views directly from the updated Columns menu. These presets can be set up using the Home Configuration updates introduced in the previous release.
  5. Parent Home: A redesigned parent experience that reorganizes student records by child and introduces dedicated settings and communication tools.
    1. Records are grouped by individual child instead of by form type.
    2. A new Notice Board displays updates and announcements for parents.
    3. Parent permissions, child registration, and access requests can be managed in Home Configuration > Parent Settings.
    4. To apply this experience, update parent and guardian landing pages to Parent Home.

Import Module

  1. Data Imports: Administrators can now configure custom, dynamic record descriptions using import data expressions for both automated nightly integrations and manual imports in the Import Module.

Integration

  1. Null Characters: Processing for some integration files has been updated to handle null characters, ensuring all individual records are consistently imported without being skipped.

Person Profile

  1. Person Profiles: Users could previously encounter an issue where specific permission settings incorrectly restricted access; this will no longer happen, ensuring consistent availability of Person Profiles.
