Authentication

  1. We have overhauled our authentication system to modernize the user experience and support continued platform growth. This updated foundation provides enhanced account security, flexible single sign-on capabilities, and streamlined administrative controls.
    1. Multi-Factor & Passwordless Login: Enable email-based MFA and email link logins for easier, secure account access.
    2. Expanded SSO Support: Utilize multiple SSO options across user groups to simplify system migrations and multi-system management.
    3. Streamlined Setup: Easily configure authentication settings through intuitive new administration pages.
    4. Environment Subdomains: Early fall will introduce dedicated subdomains, with complete support for existing shared domains maintained throughout the transition.

Bulk Print

  1. Bulk Print Localization: Static text options within the Bulk Print module now dynamically update to align with selected language settings, ensuring accurate multi-language display across all options.
  2. Bulk Print Duplexing: When selecting Insert Duplex Blank Pages during merged print jobs, blank pages now properly insert after odd-numbered reports to ensure accurate double-sided layout and printing.
  3. Bulk Print Jobs: Print jobs displayed in the menu now filter based on your active role, ensuring you only see entries relevant to your current context.
  4. Bulk Print Processing: Improved the processing of Print Jobs to remove issues related to shared resources.

Form Editor

  1. Form Template Imports: Form templates imported across different environments can now be published smoothly, ensuring form layouts finalize and update as expected.
  2. Form Editor Validation: Form Editor users can now apply validation rules to text boxes and text areas, ensuring user entries match specific formatting requirements such as email addresses or phone numbers.

Home

  1. Class Search Filters: When changing locations, the Class dropdown within search filters now automatically refreshes to display the classes associated with the selected location.
  2. Listings Gender Filtering: Users can now search records by gender using a multi-select dropdown and display gender as a column within the Listings card.
  3. Form Category Selection: Selected form categories on the Home page are now saved across user sessions, automatically applying your chosen filter when accessing the Home page.
  4. Screen Reader Accessibility: Input fields and dynamic filters within the Listings search modal now provide descriptive labels for screen readers in the user's selected language, ensuring improved accessibility for dashboard users.
  5. Screen Reader Navigation: Unnecessary icon names across the Home page, forms, and action bars are no longer read aloud by screen readers, providing clearer audio navigation for Home users.

Home Configuration

  1. Insight Presets Management: Lead users can now create, edit, filter, and delete column presets within Home Configuration, enabling staff to easily standardize column layouts in Class & Group Insights.

Import Module

  1. Test Environment Imports: When selecting View Cached Data within the Import Module in the test environment, cached import records now populate as expected to ensure historical data can be accurately reviewed.

Integration

  1. Data Integrations: Background data integration workflows have been optimized to ensure class sync processes execute efficiently and complete reliably.

Reports

  1. Advanced Reports: Performance for advanced reports that aggregate data has been optimized to ensure reports process efficiently without delay.
