Bulk Print

1. Bulk Print Storage: Generated files associated with expired Bulk Print jobs are now automatically deleted after 30 days to enhance data security and optimize storage.
2. Completed Bulk Print Jobs: Users can now remove finished jobs from their Bulk Print list using the new Delete Job option. If a job's files have not yet been downloaded, a warning modal alerts the user prior to deletion.
3. Bulk Print Settings: Option labels for the Merge into a Single PDF setting in Bulk Print have been updated with clearer descriptions to help users easily choose between a single combined document or multiple files in a ZIP archive.
   

Dashboard

1. Form Search Filters: Users previously could not perform a search when the Person Status filter criteria was left unspecified; matching records now display as expected without requiring a status selection.
   

Form Management

1. Form Reports: Users previously could not open reports or printouts after moving a form to a different tenant; associated reports are now properly transferred alongside the form and remain accessible.
2. Form Details Settings: Users previously could not save updates within Form Details if School Year Settings were left blank; form configurations can now be saved successfully without requiring these fields to be populated.
   

Gridview

1. Grid View Notifications: Users previously could not send Grid View notifications if another form shared the same notification name; these notifications now send as expected regardless of duplicate names across forms.
   

Home

1. Dashboard Alerts: Users previously could not view alerts configured for the Main page location when landing on the Home page; these pop-up alerts now display as expected upon opening the page.
2. Person Profile Search: Some users previously could not navigate to a profile by selecting a name within Person Profile Search results; selecting a record now opens the Person Profile page as expected.
3. Listings Bulk Printing: Users with the Bulk Print page right can now generate reports directly from Listings using the new Submit Bulk Print Job option. This allows users to configure job settings and queue bulk print requests for selected records without navigating away.

Integration

1. Entra ID Integration: The Entra ID integration now automatically includes members from nested groups when syncing locations and roles, allowing user assignments to inherit seamlessly across group hierarchies.
2. Entra ID Data Source Mappings: When creating a new Entra ID data source, standard attribute mappings—including the email field—are now automatically applied by default to simplify setup and reduce configuration errors.
