Clevr - 26.10.0 - Release Notes
Released on June 2nd, 2026.
Dashboard
- Print Menu Reports: Inactive aggregate reports and sub-reports previously appeared within the Print menu on Listings cards and the Form Interface; these menus now properly exclude them to ensure only active, primary reports are displayed.
- Radio Buttons in Repeaters: The restriction blocking radio buttons from being added to repeaters has been removed within the New Form Editor. Form editors can now include radio button elements inside repeaters to build more versatile forms.
- Record-Locking Notifications: When sending a notification designed to lock a record, tracking fields such as date, time, and user details previously failed to update; these fields now populate correctly before the record finalizes.
Home
- Table Headers: When scrolling through tables on the Home page, column headings and filter rows previously moved out of view; these elements now remain fixed at the top of the table to ensure they stay visible.
- Column Configuration Defaults: A new LOAD DEFAULTS button has been added to the column configuration modal, allowing users to reset their table layouts to the default settings assigned to their role. Selecting this option applies and saves the current organizational default configuration directly to the user's profile.
Home Configuration
- Administrative Column Reset: Administrative users can now clear custom column configurations for all users within selected roles using the new Reset User Columns feature in the Default Columns tab. This quickly returns all staff to the shared organization layout during process changes or new school years.
Report Editor
- Report Signature Tags: When adding a signature placeholder within the Report Editor, the system previously generated an incomplete tag that prevented the signature from rendering properly. The editor now automatically inserts the complete tag format to ensure signatures display correctly in reports.
- Report Permissions: The Report Editor settings modal now features a Permissions tab to restrict report generation to specific roles. This update allows organizations to manage report access directly and maintain compliance.
- Report Access Controls: Role-based access restrictions for reports are now enforced system-wide, including within the Reports menu, bulk printing options, and multi-print utilities. Users will only see and have the ability to generate reports permitted for their specific roles.
