Import Module

1. Import Execution: A legacy verification step has been removed to ensure imports start reliably using cached data without being blocked by redundant file checks.
   

Integration

1. Student Status Visibility: For certain edsembli integration clients, students with future start dates previously appeared as Active in specific edge cases; these students now correctly display with a Pre-registered status.
2. Parent Account Integration: Parents sharing a name with a Staff member were previously omitted during the integration; these accounts are now correctly created.
