Clevr - 26.06.0 - Release Notes

Dashboard

  • Metrics Card Display: Users previously found that the Metrics card remained blank after selecting a form; this card now correctly displays information as expected.
  • Listings Add Search Optimization: The search functionality within the Add record popup has been refined to ensure search results are more accurate and better aligned with the intended configuration.

Dashboard Configuration

  • Copying Default Configurations: Users previously could not assign a name or select roles when copying a default configuration; the initial modal now includes Name and Roles fields.

Form Management

  • Form Management CSV Export: Users previously found that exported CSV files included raw HTML markup within the Notification Names column; this has been corrected to ensure that only plain text is displayed in exported files.

Home

  • Home Export Rights: Users previously could not access the Export feature on the Home page due to a required right; this restriction has been removed to make Export to CSV and Export to PDF available to all users.
  • Default Column Configurations: Users previously saw a basic set of columns instead of those defined in the Default configuration; the dashboard now correctly loads these columns when no role-specific settings exist.
  • Saved Search Filters: Users previously experienced loading failures when running saved searches containing specific date criteria; these searches now load successfully, including those with blank values.
  • Listings Table Columns: Users previously encountered a broken interface when the Name column was the only field displayed; the table now correctly loads with the Name column by default to ensure records are always accessible.
  • Integration ID Search: Users were previously unable to filter records on the home page using the Integration ID; this field is now available for searching.
  • Records Assigned to Me Navigation: An uncommon issue where opening a record from the Records Assigned to Me section would incorrectly display the user as the subject rather than the intended person; this resulted in a blank "phantom" record being shown and has been resolved to ensure the correct record content is displayed.
  • Legal Name Column: Users can now add Legal Name to their column configuration within the Listings and Records about Me cards on Home page; this column utilizes the same business logic as previous dashboard to ensure data consistency across both environments.
  • Empty State Messaging: Pages including All Records about Me, Class & Group Insights, and Records Assigned to Me now display helpful guidance and action buttons when no data is available. This ensures that users understand why a view is empty and how to proceed.

Import Module

  • Import Record Matching: Import configurations containing special characters in their names now correctly load the Record Matching interface. This ensures users can complete the field mapping process for all imports regardless of the naming convention used.
