Form Editor

1. Panel Action Organization: Actions within the Properties, Elements, and Advanced Attributes panels are now organized into collapsible groups such as Select and Arrange. Common tools like Copy, Paste, and Delete are now consistently placed across these panels to help users navigate features more efficiently.
   

Home page

1. Record Navigation: The Previous and Next buttons in the form interface now correctly respect active search filters, ensuring users only navigate through the specific records shown in their filtered results.
2. Record Status Filter: Users previously could not filter by record status in the Home page; this option is now available within the dynamic list to filter for Active or Locked records.
3. Filebank Filtering: Users can now search for records based on whether files have been uploaded to the Filebank and include this information as a column within Listings.
4. Location Visibility: A dedicated column now automatically appears when viewing All Locations to display a record's assigned location or the total number of associated locations.
   

Main Menu

1. Location Selection: The All Locations view now remains active for all users after system integrations are performed, ensuring the preferred setting is preserved for their next login.
   

Merge Persons

1. Person Merging: The Merge Persons feature now properly updates associated information for individuals linked to the Import module, ensuring consistent record processing.
   

Report Editor

1. Decoupled Report Management: Report editing has been moved out of the Form Editor and into a centralized Form Management card, allowing users to work on reports independently while coworkers edit forms.
2. Drafts & Collaborative Locking: You can now save progress as a draft or use the "Shelved" status to hold your work while allowing other authorized users to take over the report if needed.
3. Streamlined Form Integration: The form structure is now conveniently available in a right-side panel, allowing you to search through all form elements—including reverse lookups by elementId—to insert them directly into the report without switching editors.
4. Intelligent Table & Layout Tools: Tables now default to 100% width with percentage-based cell sizing, and new "Keep Together" settings for rows and tables are accessible via a simplified, efficiency-focused toolbar.
5. Targeted Record Preview & Selection: A new Preview tab allows you to test layouts against specific individuals and records. By default, the editor previews using your own record, but you can easily switch to any other person you have authorized access to via the Change Person search modal to ensure data displays correctly before publishing.
