Clevr - 26.03.0 - Release Notes
Released on February 23rd, 2026.
Dashboard Configuration
- Page Access: Users can now access the Dashboard Configuration page regardless of their designated landing page.
- Missing Default Configurations: Users who were previously unable to save settings or view forms due to missing default configurations can now manage within the Dashboard Configuration and access them on the Home page.
Export Module
- New data available: Users can now include a unique personId and the Last Modified Date within their data exports, allowing for consistent identification and tracking of the most recent updates to individual people.
Home page
- Home Page Navigation: The Home page now consistently remembers and selects the last viewed form or page across different login sessions. Users will find their previous workspace automatically restored upon returning to the application.
- Role Name after switching: Users in multirole organizations can now successfully switch roles while viewing the Home page, ensuring the role name updates correctly without requiring a manual page refresh.
- Navigation Menu: The Home page menu now accurately highlights the active page when switching roles or using browser navigation. Users will see the menu selection update in real-time to reflect the currently displayed content.
- Saving Searches: Users who do not have access to the Dashboard Configuration can now successfully save searches on the Home page without being logged out. This ensures consistent functionality across all permission levels.
- Import Access: The Import button is now only visible to users who have the necessary permissions to access the associated page. This ensures the dashboard interface correctly reflects individual user access rights.
- Logout Functionality: Users who switch from the Home page back to the Dashboard can now successfully log out directly from the form interface. This fix ensures that the logout command triggers correctly, even after navigating between different dashboard versions.
- Manage Saved Search Updates: Users can now successfully update the criteria of an existing Saved Search through the "Edit Saved Search" modal on the Home page or via the Dashboard Configuration. This fix ensures that changes to search filters are properly saved alongside other search settings.
- Saved Search Loading: Users can now successfully open Saved Searches that include datepicker criteria from the Home page search menu. This fix ensures the screen no longer hangs when processing date formats, allowing search results to load smoothly.
- Saved Search Visibility: Newly created Saved Searches now immediately appear in the search menu without requiring a page refresh or form switch. This ensures that the menu dynamically updates to reflect the user's saved preferences in real-time.
- Form Field Sorting: Users can now sort columns based on Form Fields added to the data grid on the Home page. This aligns the sorting functionality of form-specific data with standard fields (like Person fields), providing a consistent experience when organizing search results.
- Workflow Data Visibility: Workflow fields, including Status and Assignee, now correctly display data and support filtering within the Listings and Records About Me cards. This ensures that workflow-related information is accurately represented in the data grid and that filter criteria are applied as expected.
- Searching Previous Records: TheThe system defaults to searching only the most recent record for each individual, and the Search most recent matching search label has been updated to accurately reflect when the search includes all historical matches.
- Quick Profile Search: The Quick Profile Search now strictly adheres to assigned status access rights, ensuring that users can only view and search for individuals based on their permitted roles.
- Name Search: The Name / Identifier field now supports searching by both first and last names simultaneously, providing a more flexible and efficient way to locate specific individuals.
Integration
- Parent Account Realignment: Certain automated imports that intermittently failed to link student-parent relationships have been corrected to ensure consistent data synchronization. This ensures that parent accounts created via the PowerSchool integration are reliably associated with the correct students.
