Clevr - 26.02.0 - Release Notes

Released on February 9th, 2026.

Form Management

  1. Automated School Year Management: Form editors can now configure "School Year Settings" to automatically generate dropdown lists based on a starting year, preferred date format, and a set number of future years. These settings apply globally to the form, removing the need for manual annual updates while ensuring historical records remain accessible.

Home Page

  1. Historical Data Filtering: The "is (all values)" operator is now available for dropdown filters within the New Home page. This allows administrators to search and filter by all historical record values, even if those options have been removed from the current form configuration.
  2. Search Performance Optimization: The New Home page now loads search filters and menu options dynamically only when they are accessed. This improvement reduces initial page load times and enhances overall system efficiency.
  3. Search Accuracy Improvements: Filtering by person status and user roles within the New Home page now returns accurate results, ensuring that inactive records and specific role exclusions are correctly reflected. This update improves data reliability when generating listings and personal record views.
  4. iFrame Field Search and Configuration: Fields within iFrames flagged as searchable are now available for both searching and column configuration on the New Home page. This ensures consistent data visibility and reporting across different form structures.
  5. Role Filter Accuracy: The "is not" operator for role-based searches now correctly excludes specified roles from the results on the New Home page. This update ensures search results accurately reflect the intended criteria when filtering by organizational roles.
  6. Add Record Navigation: The Add popup now features a scrollable table contained within the page height to ensure action buttons remain visible and accessible.
  7. Search Functionality: Users can now trigger searches by pressing the "Enter" key within the Name, ID, or Role fields, including improved support for partial name and ID lookups.
  8. Advanced Filter Navigation: The advanced search interface within the Add popup now automatically displays an initial blank filter row when activated. This provides a clear starting point for users and eliminates the need to manually click "Add Filter" to begin a search.
  9. Interface Consistency: Advanced filter fields now maintain a consistent width to prevent layout shifts, and secondary confirmation windows correctly layer over the Add popup for better visual focus.
  10. Dashboard Table Preferences: The "Rows per Page" selection is now saved globally across user sessions, automatically applying the preferred view when returning to the dashboard or logging back in.
  11. Mobile Pagination Display: Navigation controls on dashboard cards now adapt to smaller screen widths by hiding secondary row counts and settings to maintain a functional and organized layout.
  12. Class Insights Access: Administrators and Principals can now view all classes at their assigned location by switching between "My Classes" and "All Classes" views. Users who are not the owners of specific classes will now see all location-based classes by default, while the interface automatically transitions to "My Classes" when viewing data across all locations.
  13. View Navigation Layout: The "Switch View" menu has been updated with a narrower width and improved text wrapping for better readability and a cleaner interface layout.
  14. Quick Filter Display Reset: The "Class & Group Insights" multiselect filters now visually reset to "All" when the "Clear Filters" button in the pagination controls is clicked. This ensures the UI accurately reflects that filters have been removed from the data table.
  15. Advanced Filter Cleanup: The search process now automatically filters out any blank or incomplete filter rows before applying the search criteria. Users can proceed with their search without being blocked, and only valid, populated filters will appear as active criteria chips in the interface.
  16. Empty Configuration Recovery: The Class & Group Insights module now handles forms with no columns gracefully. This prevents the group view from crashing and ensures the configuration modal remains accessible so users can correct the column settings without being locked out.

Imports

  1. Repeater Bulk Import Cleanup: The bulk import process for repeaters now includes a cleanup step that deletes pre-existing rows if the new imported dataset contains fewer records. This prevents orphaned or outdated data from remaining in the repeater after an import.
  2. Import Configuration Deletion Fix: Users can successfully delete import configurations in the Import module. This specifically addresses the failure to delete configurations that contain transformations, ensuring the process completes without the interface becoming unresponsive.

Integration

  1. Staff Integration Reliability: The staff synchronization process has been updated to provide specific warnings for data-related constraints rather than halting entirely. This ensures that new staff profiles and updates are processed successfully even if individual records require manual review.
  2. PowerSchool Secret Key Update Fix: Users can now successfully update the Secret Key for PowerSchool integrations through the UI. This fix ensures that changes to integration credentials save correctly without triggering server errors.

Parent Self Service

  1. Self-Serve Access Management: Administrators can now view and update expired requests directly within the Self-Serve interface. This tool allows for the immediate extension or removal of expiration dates without requiring external technical support.

Reports

  1. Cross-Form PDF Generation: The report generation function that supports creating consolidated PDF packages across multiple forms now supports inactive records. This ensures users can access comprehensive documentation regardless of an individual's current status.
  2. Archived Aggregate Report Fix: Aggregate reports now correctly include archived persons, resolving the error when reporting exclusively on archived records and ensuring they are included in blended results.
