Clevr - 25.24.0 - Release Notes
Released on December 15th, 2025.
- Form Editor Element Selection: Resolved an issue in the Form Editor where selecting a new element while editing a label could cause changes to be inadvertently applied to both the previous and current elements. This update ensures that "spatials" (size and position) and other property updates are only applied to the single, actively selected element, preventing unintended layout changes.
- Copying and Restoring Custom Elements: Resolved an issue where copying, pasting, or undoing a deletion of a new custom element would trigger an error. The system now automatically uses default layout settings to ensure these actions complete smoothly without interrupting your design workflow.
- Help Documentation Access: The Help button within the Form Editor is now fully operational, linking directly to our Editor Community Site in a new browser tab.
Access to this community site is invitation-only. If you are a Clevr editor and would like to join to access these help resources, please contact our support team at support@clevr.ca.
- Multiselect Dropdown Stability: Resolved an issue where selections in certain multiselect dropdowns were not being saved correctly when the new form styles were in use. This update restores the reliable saving of data, ensuring that your entries remain persistent across all form sections using the updated layout.
Gridview
- Consistent Date Formatting: Updated the display of dates in Gridviews and Dashboards to ensure they consistently match your local system settings. This enhancement applies specifically to newer style datepickers, providing a more intuitive experience by aligning with how dates appear on your computer. Please note that older "legacy" datepickers are not affected by this update and will continue to display in their original format.
Imports
- SIS Import Synchronization: Resolved a technical error that caused scheduled nightly imports to fail during automated runs. This ensures that data updates complete reliably and stay consistent without requiring manual restarts.
Notifications
- Threshold Notifications: Improved the reliability of threshold notifications by resolving a background database conflict that could prevent alerts from being sent. This update ensures that all intended recipients are consistently notified when records meet specific criteria.
Workflows
- Workflow Configuration: Improved the workflow setup experience by ensuring that workflows function correctly even when assignees are disabled. By providing a default label automatically, the system now prevents configuration errors that previously required manual workarounds during form setup.
