Clevr - 25.22.0 - Release Notes

Released on November 17th, 2025.

Dashboard

  1. Refined Access Control for Locations: To ensure permissions are always consistent, setting a location to "inactive" will now also prevent classes associated only with that location from granting user access. This update better aligns permissions with your location settings, making access management more intuitive and predictable.
  2. Fixed Aggregate Report Date Filters: We resolved an issue on aggregate reports where the date filter would ignore a user's selected date range and use the default date instead. These reports will now correctly run using the specific date range you select.

Form Editor

  1. Simplified Import Mapping: To prevent errors and make mapping more intuitive, you can no longer select container fields (like a group of checkboxes) for data import. The import panel will now guide you to select the specific input fields within the container to ensure your data maps correctly.
  2. Improved Form Editor Navigation: We fixed an issue where exiting the new form editor immediately after creating a new form would redirect to an incorrect page. Exiting the editor will now correctly return you to the Form Management page.
  3. Fixed Signature Validation Settings: We resolved an issue with the "Signature with Date & Time" component where its validation settings, such as "Completion to sign," were not saving correctly. All settings for this signature type can now be configured and saved successfully.
  4. Fixed Form Editor Import Panel: We resolved an issue in the Form Editor where selecting multiple fields at once would cause the Import Panel to appear blank. The panel will now remain active and visible when you have multiple fields selected.

Integration UI

  1. New SIS Integration Module: To make troubleshooting integration issues faster and easier, we have launched the new SIS Integration module. This new interface provides a much clearer, more readable view of your integration data and replaces the previous "Data Integration - View Logs" page. Access to this new module has been automatically applied to all roles that previously had permission to view integration logs. For more information, please see the documentation here.

Person Management

  1. Cleaner Form Access Display: To make permission management more intuitive, we’ve updated the Form Access card. It will no longer display forms for a role after access has been removed, ensuring the list accurately reflects only the forms with active permissions.
