Clevr - 25.21.0 - Release Notes

Released on November 3rd, 2025.

Form Editor

  1. Beta Editor Publishing Now Aligned with Legacy Editor: We resolved an issue to ensure that publishing a form in the Beta Editor performs the same back-end report processing steps as the Legacy Editor. This change ensures consistency in how reports are handled, regardless of which editor is used.

Gridview

  1. Record Management Button Fixed for Shared Layouts: We fixed an issue where the "Record Management" button in the Gridview was incorrectly disabled when using a shared layout. This fix ensures the button is now active on all layouts (default, personal, and shared) for any user with the appropriate permissions, so you no longer need to switch back to the default layout to perform these actions.

Imports

  1. On-Demand Import Now Reads Complex Field Names Correctly: We fixed an issue in the On-demand Generic Import tool where fields with spaces or hyphens in their names (like "EMERGENCY CONTACT 1 NAME") were not processed correctly when indexing was used. This could cause data to be imported into the wrong field. This fix ensures that indexed fields with complex names are now matched and imported accurately.
  2. Import Transformations Now Support Headers with Spaces: We've improved the import transformation process for CSV and TSV files. Previously, enabling "Enable Transform" could cause an error if your file's headers contained spaces. This has been resolved, and these files will now process correctly. To assist with writing transformations, the original header (e.g., "Name with Space") is now also preserved as a header attribute within the XML data source.

Person Profile

  1. Corrected Person Profile Layout: We fixed a display issue on the person profile where long text values (such as URLs) could incorrectly squish the left-hand person information panel. This fix ensures the layout remains stable, and long text is now properly contained within the main content area.
