Clevr - 25.20.0 - Release Notes

Released on October 20th, 2025.

Dashboard

  1. Corrected Person Status Filter: We removed the "Transferred Out" option from the "Person Status" filter in Listings for users who do not have permission to view non-active students. This filter option appeared in error; it would not return any results and has now been removed to avoid confusion.
  2. "Records to include" Filter CleanUp: We have removed the non-functional "is not" operator from the "Records to include" filter (e.g., "is not latest record"). This operator was not working as expected and has been removed to avoid confusion.

Form Interface

  1. On-Demand Form Import Fixes: We resolved two issues with the on-demand import feature in forms. First, data from indexed expressions will now update correctly. Second, we fixed an issue where the selection pop-up could disappear when choosing from multiple rows in a non-indexed import.
  2. Improved On-Demand Import Matching Accuracy: We resolved an issue in the On-demand Generic Import feature where the configured person matching rules were not being applied to both the source and target data. This could cause records to not match, even when the values appeared to be the same. This fix ensures matching rules are applied correctly to both sides of the comparison, improving the accuracy and reliability of the import.

Imports

  1. Resolved Error in Bulk Record Creation: We fixed an issue that could prevent new records from being created successfully during a bulk import. The bulk import tool will now create new records as expected.
  2. Improved Checkbox Import Validation: To improve data integrity, we've updated the import process for checkbox and radio button fields. The system will now automatically convert common values (like "Yes", "Y", "No", or "0") into the correct "true", "false", or blank state. If an imported value cannot be converted (e.g., "Not Applicable"), the import will fail with an error, preventing invalid data from being saved and ensuring the user interface accurately reflects the data. This validation applies to both bulk and on-demand imports.

Integration

  1. Integration Better Respects Form Role Restrictions: We have updated our nightly integration process to ensure it fully respects the "Only persons in the following role(s) can be added to the form" setting. This change prevents the system from automatically adding users to a form when their role is restricted by that form's settings, enhancing data security. This update also improves the stability of how user roles are managed during the nightly sync, preventing unwanted changes in multi-role environments.
