Clevr - 25.19.0 - Release Notes

Released on October 6th, 2025.

Authentication

  1. Corrected Login Error Message: We resolved an issue where entering incorrect login credentials could redirect users to a misleading error page about their organization's login method. This fix ensures that users who enter the wrong username or password will now receive the correct "invalid credentials" notification.
  2. SSO Security and Performance Enhancement: We have enhanced the security and performance of our legacy Single Sign-On (SSO) pages. This update improves the overall security and reliability of the sign-in and sign-out process.

Form Editor

  1. Updated Hotkey in Form Editor: We resolved an issue in the Form Editor where the "Add Attribute" hotkey (Ctrl+A) was overriding the standard browser "Select All" function. The "Add Attribute" hotkey has been changed to Ctrl+Shift+A, restoring the default "Select All" functionality in attribute input fields.

Form Interface

  1. Improved Datepicker Display: We resolved a display issue in our accessible datepickers where both the new and old selection menus could appear simultaneously when selected. This fix ensures that only the intended new datepicker interface will be displayed.
  2. Form Imports Now Display Immediately: We resolved an issue in the form interface where data updated via an on-demand import would not appear on the page immediately. This fix ensures that after running an import, the new data is now displayed automatically without requiring a manual page refresh.
  3. Form Role Restrictions Improved: We fixed an issue where the "Add to Form" component was ignoring the "Only persons in the following role(s) can be added to the form" setting. This fix ensures role restrictions are now properly enforced, preventing users from being incorrectly added to these restricted forms.

Exports

  1. Automated Archiving for FTP Exports: We have enhanced the Export Module with a new automatic archiving feature. When a new export file is written to your FTP, the previous version of that file is now automatically moved into a new "Archived Exports" folder and renamed with a timestamp. This provides a valuable backup, ensuring that if an automated file pickup process fails, you can still access the missed data and prevent data loss. Archived files will be automatically retained for 14 days before being permanently deleted.

Form Management

  1. Corrected Form Permission Settings on Organization Transfer: We resolved an issue that could occur when a form was moved between organizations. The form could incorrectly retain role restriction settings (controlling who can be added to the form) from its original organization. This fix ensures that forms will always use the correct permission settings defined in their new organization.

Imports

  1. Improved Reliability for Large Custom Field Imports: We have optimized the import process for Custom Fields associated with people. This change improves how large data volumes are processed, preventing database timeouts and server lockups. As a result, large imports will now complete more efficiently and reliably.
  2. New "Cache Append Mode" for Incremental Imports: We've added a new "Cache Append Mode" setting, found in the Data Processing section of the Import settings. This feature is designed for organizations that send data updates as incremental (or "delta") files. When enabled, the system will collect and save all incoming updates, even if a nightly import is interrupted. These queued updates will then be processed on the next successful run, ensuring no "sync" data is lost.
  3. Improved Data Cache Handling for Exports: We resolved an issue where data being exported was not correctly refreshing the system cache. This could cause subsequent imports of that same data to be stale. This fix ensures that exports properly update the cache, maintaining data integrity for workflows that involve exporting and re-importing data.
