Integration

  1. Enhanced Active Directory Import Reliability: We have improved the stability of our Active Directory (AD) integration. This update optimizes how data requests are processed to prevent timeouts and ensures that an error with a single group no longer skips the remaining data for that location. This change prevents users from being missed during the import, ensuring their accounts remain active and up-to-date.
  2. New Dedicated Import for Parent Information (Textfile): We have introduced a new, dedicated integration file specifically for parent information for our Textfile-based integrations. This new option provides a simpler and more reliable way to manage parent accounts. The new file specification uses distinct columns for parent names, which resolves a display issue where parent last names could incorrectly appear as a period ('.') in the user interface. For flexibility, importing parents via the existing demographics file remains fully supported.
