Data Management

  1. We're excited to announce the full release of our new Data Management module!  This powerful tool gives administrators greater control over data retention.  With Data Management, you can:
    1. Define data retention rules tailored to specific roles.
    2. Monitor users pending deletion.
    3. Temporarily pause deletions if needed.
    4. Access and download deletion certificates for each policy.
    5. View key statistics on your Clevr data, including the number of locations, staff, students, and records.
To enable this module for your organization, please contact our support team.

Form Editor

  1. Improved the flexibility of repeater controls on forms. The delete button can now be placed anywhere within the repeater, simplifying form design.

Generic Data Import

  1. Enhanced the Generic Data Import feature for shared forms. Bulk imports now reliably populate all fields, ensuring complete data import from your file.
  2. Improved the Bulk Generic Data Import matching process. When importing data and multiple persons share the same identifier, the system now prioritizes active persons, ensuring more successful imports.

Integration

  1. The Integration now allows for broader use of Proprietary ID 999, facilitating the assignment of students using this ID to classes.
