Clevr 24.21.0 - Release Notes

Clevr 24.21.0 - Release Notes

Released on November 4th, 2024.

Dashboard

  1. We've refined the Listings card for users with Private Access, limited to viewing their own record. Previously, clicking "Add" required a search, even though no other records were accessible. Now, you’ll be prompted to add your own record directly, and the "Add" button will disappear once a record is present, streamlining the process.
  2. We have improved the Listings card so that it will remember the number of rows per page between forms, searches, and page loads. This will mean that if you have a preference, you will only set it once.

Form Interface

  1. We have enhanced Tabset functionality with improved accessibility, focusing especially on keyboard and screen reader users.
    1. When loading a tab, buttons are now temporarily disabled to prevent accidental loading of multiple tabs simultaneously.
    2. Keyboard users will see a highlight on the selected tab button for clearer navigation.
    3. If attempting to open a tab without sufficient access, a message will now appear instead of a blank screen, providing clearer feedback.
  2. We have introduced a new, more accessible Datepicker designed for improved keyboard and mobile use. The previous version remains available as "Datepicker (Legacy)." Key features of the new Datepicker include:
    1. Adapts to the date format set on the user’s device.
    2. Allows date input via the datepicker itself, number keys, or arrow keys.
    3. Enhanced compatibility with screen readers and other accessibility tools.
    4. Supports conversion from existing date pickers. If you would like your datepickers converted, please contact Clevr for assistance.
  3. We’ve introduced a new feature that enables users to view all files and links uploaded to the records of an individual person to the Filebank and Linkbank for the current form. This capability can be enabled at the role level using a Form Right setting in Form Management, ensuring that only authorized users have access.
  4. To reduce potential confusion, we have removed the Previous/Next navigation buttons on the Record History page. Previously, these buttons used an unfiltered list from the Listings card, instead of the filtered list used when viewing a record. The buttons would also navigate users to a record instead of returning them to the Record History for the next person.
  5. When using the Listings card and viewing archived people, you would sometimes be unable to move to the next page. This had to do with how pagination worked with the main Listings table and the table shown when removing people from Listings. Due to this and the fact that trying to remove people who are already archived being confusing, we have prevented Removing people from listings when archived records are present in the table.

Person Profile

  1. An update has been made to ensure that users with the correct permissions can now reliably view forms associated with inactive persons on the Person Profile.
  2. We resolved an issue where pinning a single form on the Person Profile could cause it to disappear, incorrectly indicating that no forms were available for that person. Now, pinned forms will display as expected in this situation.
