Generic Data Import

  1. Resolved two issues where data imports from Generic Data Import files, either through nightly or manual bulk execution, didn't always proceed as intended.
    1. Matching rules that were configured to ignore leading zeroes or non-digit characters on IDs have been improved. Previously, these settings were only applied to IDs in the import file, which could prevent accurate matching. The matching process now properly applies these rules, ensuring better identification of individuals in the file.
    2. Addressed a situation where column names containing spaces were not recognized during the import process when combining columns. The system now correctly identifies and processes these columns, even if spaces are present in their names.
  1. Users can now submit support tickets directly from within the software. This feature is accessible by navigating to the "Help" section in the main menu and selecting the "Contact Support" option.
  2. Organizations now have the capability to customize their support contact information and add personalized messages directly within the support modal. Users will be clearly shown who their designated support contact is and provided with additional ways to reach them.

Notifications

  1. You can now automatically lock the record from which the notification is sent, as well as auto-populate relevant details like the sender’s name and the date. This option is conveniently located in the advanced tab of the Notification Configuration Editor.
  2. Introduced a special recipient rule to notifications that automatically selects a child's parents as recipients. This feature is available when the implementation includes parents as users within Clevr.
