Form Interface

1. The help menu within the form previously contained a few outdated support resource links. It has now been updated with the correct, up-to-date links.
   

Notifications

1. Notifications configured to be sent to a person's supervisor were also being sent to the person if they were part of a group they owned. This has been corrected so that when selecting recipients based on supervisors, the subject will always be excluded.
   

Reports

1. In Clevr, reports are generated on demand and reused until the form is updated, at which point a new report is generated to reflect the changes. Previously, this process did not account for changes in personal information, such as a name change. Now, reports will be regenerated whenever there is a change in either the person's information or the form information.
