Form Interface

1. The process of importing student data from Edsembli has been enhanced. Now, if a student's preferred initials do not match their legal initials, the system will search using both sets of initials, increasing the likelihood of successfully locating the student.
   

Form Management

1. The Documentation card has been updated to ensure the documentation is always editable. Previously, there were instances where the documentation editor would load in a read-only state.
   

Infrastructure

1. Updates have been applied to resource-intensive processes, resulting in optimized server performance.
   

Integration

1. Enhanced validation has been added to the data received from our integration partners, ensuring that individuals are accurately assigned to the correct locations.
2. The Integration server's data transfer and synchronization process with the main server has been improved for better efficiency and reliability.
3. When a location name is changed, it will now be updated across all records to ensure consistency.
4. The nightly Integration process has been enhanced to ensure all new records are updated. Previously, updates would only occur if the source file had changed, potentially missing newly created records. Now, the process identifies new records and runs the import regardless of file changes.
   

Record Rollover Wizard

1. During a Record Rollover, unexpected data associated with a record could previously trigger errors, causing the process to roll back to protect the data but preventing the Rollover from being completed. This has been addressed by improving the processing to recognize and handle such data correctly, ensuring smoother Rollover operations.
