Clevr - 24.06.0 - Release Notes

Dashboard

  1. Users within bilingual organizations will now experience improved translation functionality for Saved Searches. Previously, when a Saved Search contained blank values, the translation process would be skipped. With this update, even if certain values are left blank, the translation step will now be applied consistently.
  2. With the latest update, users can now streamline the process of removing records from the listings card. A new 'Select All' checkbox allows for the quick selection of all listed individuals. This feature, combined with the Record Search functionality, empowers users to efficiently remove specific individuals matching certain criteria. By conducting a search before opening the remove modal, users can efficiently manage the Listings card.
  3. When searching for records using a dropdown in Listings, users now have access to a new 'is (all values)' operator. This update enables users to include historical options from the dropdown. When utilizing this operator, all current options will be presented at the top in the appropriate order, followed by historical options arranged alphabetically below.
  4. When searching for records using a date field in Listings, users now benefit from the addition of a new operator: 'not between'. This operator serves as the inverse of the existing 'between' operator. It enables users to retrieve records where the specified date does not fall within the range selected.

Form Editor

  1. The Form Editor now offers the functionality to apply an element order in the browser DOM. This feature allows users to define the tabbing order or relative positioning of elements within the form, enhancing control and customization options.

Form Interface

  1. When you are in a role a specific set of permissions, some forms would not appear in the "Forms" dropdown. You will now see all forms appropriately.
  2. The Integration > Import Data feature has undergone enhancements to significantly improve error handling and messaging. When importing data, the following improvements are now in place:
    1. Leading and trailing spaces are automatically removed from the imported values.
    2. Data will now be checked to ensure it's suitable for the type of field it's being inserted into. For example, if you try to import text into a date picker or a non-boolean value into a checkbox, the system will let you know if there's a problem.
    3. If an error or validation issue occurs, you will now be presented with meaningful feedback on the issue that occurred and the fields affected.

Groups and Classes

  1. Users administering Custom Groups can now effortlessly export their group data as a CSV file, achieving feature parity with Classes.

Notifications

  1. The notification system has undergone a significant update, introducing a range of new features and enhancements to improve the user experience. Some of the notable additions include:
    1. Unified inbox with all sent, received, and scheduled notifications
    2. Automatic folder system pre-populated based on form names
    3. Ability to view notification messages, securely housed in Clevr
    4. Customizable subject lines, no longer defaults to the notification name
    5. Search by date range, form subject, and recipient
    6. Generate linked reports directly from the Notification Board
    7. Opt-out of email notifications via My Profile
    8. Ability to grant record access to recipients for defined periods
    9. High-performance platform with swift page load speeds
    10. Intuitive user interface with a visually appealing design

Person Management

  1. When switching the role assigned to a person, the original role will now always be removed. Previous there were situations where a new role would be created without removing the previously assigned role.
